Based at Firehouse Fitness Millhouses, Flex Health will continue to bring a research based and expert level of care to every patient. With our background in elite sport, we have vast experience of Musculoskeletal conditions including lower back pain, sport or running related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, shoulder pain and everything in between. We have taken the principles of sports medicine and developed them to implement in the management of complex Neurological conditions, with success stories in Stroke Rehab, Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Brain Injury Management.

We can provide this rehabilitation programme through our own app, allowing you to complete your programme wherever you are.
