Management Referrals

Our seamless management referral process places communication at the heart of every customer we engage with. We understand that communication is vital for management referrals due to the time sensitive nature of the referral.

Our in-person (on-site, or in clinic), Telehealth and telephone management referral process is flexible and tailored to support our clients.

Our client centric approach fosters seamless communication from receiving the management referral, to organising, to reporting back to the relevant site representative/s.

We work to our own strict KPIs and with all reports being directed to the nominated referrer.

Management referral KPIs:

  • Employee requiring a management referral is contacted within 24 hours of the request made.
  • The employee is offered an appointment within 5 working days of being contacted (subject to the employee’s availability).
  • All management referrals are completed by a Flex Health industry specialist either on-site, or virtually.
  • Management referral reports are returned to the HR representative within 48 hours of completion.

Flex Health conducts: 

  • Occupational Health Nurse (OHN)
  • Occupational Health Physiotherapist (OHA)
  • Occupational Health Physician (OHP)
