Drug & Alcohol Testing Services
Flex Health provide comprehensive and accurate drug and alcohol testing services for businesses across the UK, supported by our staff from our Hull and Sheffield clinics.

What are Drug & Alcohol Testing services?
Drug and alcohol testing services are a key part of our occupational health offering for businesses. Testing helps to foster a secure work environment where employees can’t jeopardise the safety of their colleagues, especially in locations full of hazards or in safety-critical roles. A testing program allows a business to support staff who have issues with substance abuse or misuse and ensures you comply with legal standards.
Drug & alcohol testing services that we offer
Random drug and alcohol testing: Flex Health can provide random or unscheduled testing for drug and alcohol use in the workplace via contact through your HR team or site representative. We’ll conduct the test within the allocated time to provide an accurate result.
‘For Cause’ drug and alcohol testing: For cause testing is provided for when you have a reasonable suspicion that a member of your team is using drugs or alcohol at work. You can make a referral to us from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and to our trusted partners outside of these hours and at weekends.
‘Train the Trainer’ services: You may want to have members of your own team trained to be able to carry out for cause drug and alcohol testing, especially when you want to operate quickly, perhaps following an incident on site. We’ll visit your site or premises and train the relevant stuff to administer safe, efficient and accurate tests.
