Treating a wide range of conditions
We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological paediatric conditions including:
Developmental hip dysplasia
Idiopathic toe walking
Adolescent Spinal conditions
A dedicated paediatric physiotherapist will be assigned to each child and their family. A thorough assessment will be carried out and aims of treatment discussed and agreed. Treatment will be focused on producing the best outcome possible for the child’s short and long term needs.
Physiotherapy can be delivered on site in our purpose-built paediatric / sensory room or at the child’s home or school if deemed necessary.
Is there anything I can do at home to help my recovery?
We would strongly advise discussing physiotherapy exercises and techniques with a qualified rehabilitator prior to trying exercises at home. While we will prescribe some active therapies to do in your spare time, it is always best to consult a professional as you could make your injury worse and cause more pain.
Do I need a referral?
At Flex Health, we will take referrals from doctors and self-referrals, so if you are interested in finding out more about how we might be able to support you then please call us on 01482 966 006.
