We offer one-to-one physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercise, gait re-education, upper and lower limb rehabilitation, manual therapy/mobilisations, soft tissue massage and specific electrotherapy modalities over the course of 1-2- hour sessions.

At Flex, we use physiotherapy treatments to help those suffering with neurotherapy symptoms alongside a treatment called Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES). FES works by sending small electrical impulses to stimulate the muscles and nerves, helping muscles to contract and assist with achieving movements. Click here to find out more
